Here are some easy ways to make your walking routine more fun and interesting:
Walk with a friend: Exercise is always more fun when you’ve got someone else to join you. You may not even notice how far or how long you’ve walked when you’re engaged in a conversation.
Walk the dog: What about man’s best friend? Grab a leash and let them take the lead and just try to keep up!
Listen to music: Pull out your MP3 player and walk to the beat of your favorite songs.
Challenge yourself and give rewards: Set up daily or weekly challenges to keep you motivated to walk and give yourself a reward each time you’ve completed a challenge.
Walking can be a fun and is a great way to exercise your body to lose or maintain weight and relieve stress.
